These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at ravnrobotics.com (the "Site"), operated by Ravn Robotics ("Ravn," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

These Terms apply to the Site only. Use of Ravn software, products, or services in commercial deployments is governed by separate agreements between Ravn and its customers.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, our systems, or our networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site
• Use automated means to access, scrape, or harvest content from the Site without our express permission

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ravn and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, regardless of the legal theory and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ravn, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site will be resolved exclusively in the courts of the State of Delaware.
